For U.S. customs brokerages and self-filing importers

Stop keying entries. Start reviewing them.

Entrio reads the documents, prepares the complete entry with evidence for every field, and routes only the uncertain lines to your licensed brokers.

Send us three real (redacted) shipments.

We'll prepare them and show you the entries beside what you actually filed — usually the same day.

“SOLD TO: Pacific Trade Goods LLC”— invoice, p.1

Confirmed — every field carries its quote

Why now

The paperwork arrived. The entry writers didn't.

The $800 de minimis exemption ended for China and Hong Kong in May 2025 and globally that August; CBP made it indefinite by rule in June 2026, with statutory elimination in July 2027. Shipments that used to clear duty-free are now real customs entries — and there aren't enough trained writers in the country to key them by hand.

Salary + industry benchmarks

The pressure is not only volume. CBP issued 27,479 bond insufficiency notices in FY2025 — around $3.6 billion in combined value, roughly double the 2019 level — as duty burdens pushed importers past their continuous-bond capacity.

Time per entry

Keying an entry by hand20–40 min
Reviewing an Entrio-prepared entryunder 10 min

Estimates, per entry — not a guarantee. Entrio does the reading, the research and the math. Your licensed broker makes the classification call — on the few lines that actually need one.

Who it's for

Built for the teams holding the paperwork

Small & mid-size brokerages

Your entry writers are drowning in converted de-minimis volume and you can't hire fast enough.

Your writers review instead of key — no ABI migration, no new filer code.

Self-filing importers

Your ops team preps its own entries without a broker on staff.

Entrio does the reading, the research and the math; your team confirms and files.

Forwarders & 3PLs

You assemble clearance packets for partner brokers all day.

Hand them prepared worksheets instead of raw document dumps.

Plans start at $199/month for 40 prepared entries and run to custom volume rates — see the rate schedule. Per brokerage, never per seat.

How it works

Entrio does the preparation. You do the judgment.

Three steps. You touch the third.

  1. Drop in documents

One packet or a batch. Invoices and packing lists pair automatically and split into shipments — upload, close the tab, come back.

    • PDFs, scans, phone photos, CSVs
    • Up to 50 files at a time
  2. Entrio prepares the entry

Everything an entry writer would key by hand, done before anyone opens the shipment.

    • Extraction with a verbatim source quote on every field
    • 10-digit HTS with GRI reasoning
    • Ten compliance screens, plus duty and fee math
  3. You review only the exceptions, then export

Confident lines land ready to export. Uncertain ones become specific, explained decisions — each with the problem, the reason, the document evidence and a suggested fix.

    • The export click is the recorded approval
    • Writes the reasonable-care record as you go

Decisions on the left. Proof on the right.

Select any field and the source document opens beside it with the exact line highlighted — no modals, no hunting through a PDF. Nothing on the entry is a number you have to take on faith.

The entry Entrio prepared

Select a field to see where it was read from.

A licensed broker confirms every field. Nothing transmits to CBP from Entrio.

COMMERCIAL INVOICE HGH-2026-0412 SOLD TO: Pacific Trade Goods LLC4801 Harbor Ave, Long Beach CA COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: VIETNAMTERMS: FOB HAIPHONGALL AMOUNTS IN USD TOTAL FOB VALUE ...... 48,700.00

Every value carries the line it came from, so a reasonable-care review is reading — not re-keying.

Only what needs an expert

Critical items — ADD/CVD scope, an invalid HTS, totals that don't reconcile — sort above routine ones. Buttons say what will happen, not just “approve”. Everything Entrio was sure about is already done and listed, so a review is reading, not re-checking.

“Ready — and here's why.”

  • ✓ All 6 critical header fields extracted, each with a document quote
  • ✓ Line values reconcile to the invoice total
  • ✓ All HTS codes valid in the current HTSUS
  • ⚠ Line 4 · Section 301 (China) — verify before filing

Why you can defend it

Built for reasonable care, not blind automation

CBP holds that classifying goods for import is customs business requiring a licensed broker — and that a tool is not a person. Entrio is built around that, not despite it.

Every field, sourced

Each extracted value carries the verbatim line it was read from, shown beside your decision. A reasonable-care review becomes reading, not re-keying.

Classifications you can defend

10-digit HTS with GRI-based reasoning — the chapter and heading logic written out, not a bare code. Your broker evaluates an argument, not a guess.

A licensed broker makes every final call

Entrio never transmits to CBP. Nothing leaves without a human's click, uncertain work cannot skip review, and the export click is the recorded approval.

The audit trail writes itself

Who confirmed what, from which document, when, at what confidence. Your reasonable-care evidence file, kept without anyone maintaining it.

Your clients' data stays yours

Encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers, isolated per workspace, never used to train AI models, and deleted on request. Every action in your workspace is logged.

Ten screens on every shipment, before anything is filed

A rejected entry costs a resubmission. A missed ADD/CVD scope match can cost your client the margin on the goods. Entrio runs the same ten screens on every line of every shipment, whatever else is happening that afternoon.

Screens are decision aids, not determinations — each links your broker to what needs verifying and why.

  • 10-digit HTS validity + base duty rate
  • Section 301 exposure (China origin)
  • Section 232 steel & aluminum
  • ADD/CVD scope patterns against active orders
  • PGA triggers — FDA, USDA, FCC, CPSC, Lacey
  • Informal vs formal entry eligibility
  • MPF & HMF fees, estimated duty totals
  • Invoice ↔ packing list reconciliation
  • Origin consistency across documents
  • Your own confirmed catalog (SKU memory)

Works with your software

No migration. No new filing system. No retraining your team.

Entrio prepares the entry and hands it to the software you already file with. Your filer code, your ABI connection, your process — unchanged.

NetCHB

Entry line import — HTS without dots, MID, origin, quantity, value, weight.

CargoWise

Line import in CargoWise's own field naming, with the value currency carried through.

Descartes

Line import mapped to Descartes' declaration fields.

CSV & print

Entrio's own worksheet as clean CSV, plus a print-ready preparation copy for the file.

Exports carry the full HTSUS — all 23,044 codes, with Chapter 99 provisions applied where they bite.

Column mappings follow each vendor's published import conventions. Verify the mapping with your software rep the first time you load a file — then it is the same file every time.

Pricing

Priced on throughput, not seats

Per brokerage, never per seat. Your whole team shares one account.

Questions

What brokers actually ask us

Is Entrio a customs broker?+

No. Entrio is a preparation and screening tool. A licensed customs broker (or qualified self-filing importer) reviews everything Entrio produces and remains responsible for the filing. That's by design — reasonable care requires a human who can stand behind the entry.

Does the AI file anything automatically?+

Never. Confidence routing decides what needs human judgment, but nothing leaves Entrio without a human's click — exporting is itself a recorded approval, and uncertain entries can't skip review. Every AI suggestion shows its reasoning and evidence, and the audit trail records who approved what.

What documents can I upload?+

Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and air waybills — as PDFs, scans, phone photos, CSVs, or text. Multi-document packets are assembled into one shipment automatically. Email-in intake is on the roadmap.

How do I know a classification is any good?+

You read its argument. Every suggestion arrives with GRI-based reasoning — the material, function and heading logic written out — plus the verbatim document text it was based on, so your broker evaluates a defensible position rather than a bare code. Each line carries a confidence score, and anything below your workspace threshold is routed to a human instead of being committed silently. Your own confirmed classifications override fresh suggestions for repeat SKUs, so the catalog gets more useful the longer you use it. A licensed broker confirms every line before anything is filed.

What does it cost?+

Free during the founding-customer beta, including white-glove onboarding. After that, plans are operational capacity — we prepare up to N entries a month for your team, rather than charging per seat. The tiers are in the pricing table above, and founding customers lock in preferred rates.

Is my data safe? Do you train AI on it?+

Your documents and client data are encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers, isolated per workspace, and never used to train AI models — Anthropic's commercial terms bar training on customer content. Every action in your workspace is written to an append-only log. Ask us to delete your data and we will; our AI provider may hold a copy briefly under its own retention policy.

Founder, Entrio

“The de minimis change dumped enterprise-scale paperwork on small trade teams overnight. The big platforms are chasing the mega-forwarders. Entrio exists for the three-person brokerage and the ops manager doing their own entries — the people actually holding the paperwork. I read the Federal Register so you don't have to.”
