The by-hand figure is our estimate from salary and industry benchmarks, not a measurement of Entrio. The review figure charges the shortest hand-prepared entry's labour at the full review cap, at the same loaded rate as the entry writer's — a licensed reviewer's hour may cost more. Plan rates are each tier's included volume; past it, extra preps bill at the rate in the table.

Fair questions
What counts as a prepared entry?
One shipment. However many documents and line items it contains — and however many times you re-run it, since re-running a shipment you have already prepared will not cost a second prepared entry once billing starts. Editing a line or re-exporting never counts. One thing to know during the beta: the daily document ceiling counts each run, so re-running a shipment does use one of that day's allowance.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited seats. A brokerage buys prepared entries, not logins — your whole team shares one workspace, one catalog and one set of standing instructions. Adding a reviewer never costs more.
Does Entrio file with CBP?
No. Entrio prepares and screens; a licensed customs broker reviews everything and files it. Nothing transmits to CBP from Entrio, and the export click is itself the recorded approval — written to the audit trail with the name of the broker who confirmed it.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Monthly plans are month to month, both directions — move up or down as your volume moves, or stop. A yearly plan is a commitment for its term: you are buying twelve months for the price of ten, and that is what the discount pays for. If Entrio stops earning its keep on a monthly plan, you stop paying.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Three things. Yearly costs 2 months less — ten payments for twelve months. Your entries become one pool for the year instead of a monthly allowance, so a heavy March costs nothing extra while you are under the annual total. And the rate is locked for 12 months, so a list-price change cannot reach you mid-term. Yearly is a commitment for the full term, so it suits a book you already know the shape of; if you are not sure yet, start monthly.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes, at any point — we credit what you have already paid for the current month against the annual total, so switching never costs you a month twice. Going the other way waits until the term ends, since the 2 months free are what the term pays for.
What if I go over my included entries?
Nothing stops. Extra entries are billed at $3 (Solo), $2.50 (Growth), $2 (Scale) each, and we warn you before you reach your limit. On a yearly plan the count runs against the whole year's pool, so you only pay overage once the year's entries are used up. If you are consistently over, the estimator above will point you at the plan that costs less at your volume.
