Rate schedule · Effective post-beta

Priced on throughput. Not seats.

You're not buying software seats — you're buying operational capacity: Entrio prepares up to N entries a month for your team. Loaded entry-writer labor runs $26–35 per entry; a prepared one costs a fraction of that, and your whole team works in one workspace with no per-seat fees.

Free during the founding-customer beta — founding customers lock preferred rates.

what an Entrio-prepped entry costs at plan rates — review instead of re-key

At 500 entries a month, Growth is $1,199 — against $13,000–17,500 of loaded keying labor for the same volume. The gap widens with volume; that's the point of usage pricing.

Best-fit plan at this volume: Solo. Defaults to $2635 of loaded keying labor per entry — roughly $35/hr fully loaded against the 45–60 minutes a typical ocean entry takes — and ~25 minutes saved per entry when writers review instead of re-key. Set the slider to your own rate. Estimates, not a quote.

Fair questions

Why capacity instead of seats?+

Because you're not buying software licenses — you're buying prepared entries. A brokerage cares about entries out the door, not logins per head. Your whole team shares one workspace with a shared catalog and specialty routing, and you'll never pay per seat.

What counts as an entry prep?+

One shipment run through extraction — however many documents and line items it contains, and no matter how many times you re-run, edit, or re-export it. Re-preparing the same shipment never double-counts.

What does the beta cost?+

Nothing. Founding-customer beta is free, including white-glove onboarding. When pricing starts, founding customers lock in preferred rates that persist as you grow.

Are there contracts?+

Month to month. If Entrio stops earning its keep, you stop paying. Annual pricing with a discount is available when you want it, not before.
