Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026 · Plain-English by intent — if anything here is unclear, ask us.

What we collect

Account data: your email, name, and company when you log in with an invite code or join the waitlist. Customs documents: the commercial invoices, packing lists, and related files you upload, plus the shipment records Entrio prepares from them. Usage records: an audit log of actions taken in your workspace (uploads, extractions, confirmations, exports) — this is a product feature, kept as your reasonable-care record. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To prepare your customs entry worksheets, run compliance screens, remember your confirmed classifications (your catalog), and contact you about your account or beta access. When live AI processing is enabled, document contents are sent to Anthropic (our AI subprocessor) solely to perform the extraction you request. Your documents and data are never used to train shared AI models.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our database (hosted U.S. serverless Postgres in production), encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Workspaces are isolated per account — your client list, pricing, and documents are never visible to another customer.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active so your catalog and audit trail keep working. Email us and we will delete your account and its data, subject to any records we must keep by law. Waitlist entries are deleted on request at any time.

Cookies

One first-party session cookie (entrio_session) that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Entrio (hosting, database, AI processing, email delivery), each bound to use it only to provide their service — or if the law requires it.
