What Entrio is (and is not)
Entrio is workflow software that helps customs entry teams prepare and screen entries. Entrio is not a customs broker and does not provide legal, customs, or financial advice. Every output — extracted data, HTS classification suggestions, duty estimates, compliance flags, generated files — is a preparation aid that must be independently reviewed by a licensed customs broker or qualified self-filing importer before any filing with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. You remain solely responsible for what you file.
Beta service
Entrio is offered as a founding-customer beta: features may change, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We work hard on accuracy — confidence scores and evidence trails exist precisely so you can verify — but AI-generated suggestions can be wrong.
Your account and data
Keep your invite code and login private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to upload the documents you process. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy; you can request deletion at any time.
Acceptable use
No attempts to breach or probe security, access another customer's workspace, resell the service, overload the systems, or use Entrio for unlawful purposes — including preparing filings you know to be false.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrio LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta: $100), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including penalties, liquidated damages, duty underpayments, or rejected entries arising from filings you or your broker made.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced to active accounts. You can stop using Entrio at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
